Uploading Your COVID-19 Test Result
If you were tested at a non-university location, please upload your test result to MyHealthSpace. Login using your USC username and password and then on the next screen your date of birth. Click on Medical Clearances and then locate COVID Test/Vaccine Upload and click the Green Update button. Attach a copy of your results under COVID-19 Test Results Upload and complete the date and the result in the appropriate category (Antibody test, PCR test, or Rapid Antigen test). Click Done.
If you do not have the Upload Test Result option, please follow the directions below:
- In the left navigation, go to “Messages”
- Click on the “New Message” box
- You will see a list of options, including one that says, “I want to upload COVID-19 Test Results”
- Select that item and it will generate a message box and an “Add Attachment” button for you to upload your report
Please ensure you name, date of birth, and date of test are visible in your results upload. The absence of this information can delay processing.

- Contact your primary care provider for information regarding testing in your area
- Typically billed directly to insurance
Student Health Services Pharmacy
Students, faculty and staff can purchase COVID-19 testing kits at the Student Health Servics Pharmacy. Many insurance carriers offer reimbursements for the purchase of a COVID-19 kit. Contact your insurance carrier to learn about specific coverage details.
